Steve Barr is an accomplished sales management professional with extensive experience in the insurance industry. Currently serving as Regional Sales Director for Benecon Group, Inc., covering the Midwest region, Steve previously operated as Principal Owner of Collaborative Business Consultants LLC. From 1985 to 2019, Steve held the position of Vice President at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas, where leadership was demonstrated over a $2.5 billion book of business, encompassing 3,000 accounts and 420,000 members. Steve graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor's degree in Communications.
