Marco Castello is a product lead and UX designer at Bending Spoons. Marco has also co-founded Phame, a tool to calculate people's popularity on social networks which later pivoted to become a mobile-only social network. Marco has also worked as the Local Marketing Manager at Booketplace. Some of their key points include experience in entrepreneurship, product strategy, design, and user acquisition.

Marco Castello received their Master of Science in Economics and Management of Innovation and Technology from Università Bocconi. Marco also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Università Bocconi and a Diploma di maturità from Liceo Scientifico Alessandro Volta.
