Duane Cousins OLY currently serves as the Manager of Customer Service at the Portable Long Service Authority since February 2024. Previously, Duane has had a long tenure at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, starting in January 2009 and holding multiple roles such as Manager of Fraud Operations, Manager of Card and Merchant Fraud, and Financial Crimes Investigator. Earlier experience includes positions at Bendigo Bank from January 2003 to 2008, where Duane worked as a Retail Fraud Investigator and Merchant Fraud Analyst. Duane's academic background includes studies at the University of Melbourne during 2002-2003.
