Alicia Pelletier is currently working as an Operations Assistant at Bender since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Analyst at Ferraro Foods from April 2022 to November 2022. Before that, they held the positions of Sous Chef and Line Cook at Union League Cafe from November 2016 to June 2022. Alicia also served as an Evening Manager at Gigantes Too from August 2013 to August 2016. They have a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Southern Connecticut State University and an Associate of Science in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
