Tom Schaefer is a seasoned professional in telecommunications and networking, currently serving as a Senior Network Specialist at TDS Telecom since February 2005. Prior to this role, Tom worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at Modern Business Technology from 1998 to 2004. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Information and Communication Technologies with a concentration in Networking from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, obtained between 2010 and 2015, and an Associate's degree in Computer Information Systems, specializing as a Networking Specialist, from Madison Area Technical College, completed in 2004.
