Shannon Smith has over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Sales Manager for the Southeast Region at TDS Telecommunications LLC since 2006. Prior to this role, Shannon held the position of Account Manager at TDS. From 1989 to 2005, Shannon worked at MCI, where responsibilities included roles as a National Account Support Consultant, providing support for large National Accounts with complex data networks. Earlier in the career, Shannon served as NASC at MCI and worked as an Executive Assistant at Contel from 1985 to 1988. Shannon's educational background includes studies at I.S.U.E. and Pike Central.
