Joel Dohmeier has extensive experience in regulatory revenue, strategy, and compliance. Joel served as the Director of Regulatory Revenue, Strategy, and Compliance at TDS Telecom, where they were responsible for developing and implementing strategies for regulatory revenues and ensuring compliance with federal and state rules. In this role, they directed the development of costing, pricing, and tariffing strategies, protected revenue streams, and worked on maximizing overall revenue. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of State Government Affairs at TDS, overseeing state regulatory, legislative, and industry relations across the company's 30-state footprint. Joel was responsible for monitoring regulatory dockets, participating in proceedings, and ensuring representation of TDS's positions.

Joel Dohmeier obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Edgewood College between 1982 and 1986.
