Prior military experience with the US Army includes roles such as Chief of Regional Enrollment for TRICARE Northeast and Company Commander of the 86th Combat Support Hospital. Douglas Coates holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Personal/Financial Services Marketing Operations from Mount St. Mary's University.
