Susan Gellatly, PCC, is a seasoned executive coach and founder of BenchStrength Coaching, LLC, established in December 2017, which focuses on developing a diverse talent pipeline and preparing leaders for advanced roles. As Principal at Gellatly Leadership Coaching LLC since September 2015, Susan aids leaders in identifying their unique voices and leadership styles for personal and professional growth through insightful questioning and honest feedback. Previously, as IT Director at The Boeing Company from May 2005 to August 2015, Susan managed IT infrastructure strategy, developed long-range business plans, oversaw a substantial capital budget, and led significant cost-saving sourcing processes. Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Finance from the University of Virginia and additional coursework in Economics and Finance from UC Santa Barbara.
