Melanie Mastronardi is currently working as the Vice President of Platform Operations at BenchSci since June 2022. Before this role, Melanie held various positions at Top Hat from October 2017 to June 2022, including Director of Professional Services and Senior Sales Manager. Prior to Top Hat, Melanie worked at McKinsey & Company as a Senior Consulting Associate from January 2015 to September 2017, where Melanie also served as a RedE Specialist. Melanie also has experience as an Associate at McKinsey & Company and holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Polymer and Materials Chemistry from the University of Toronto.
