Flávio D. Rossetto Junior is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and team leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at BenchSci since September 2021, Flávio has also held roles including Senior Engineering Manager, Engineering Manager, and Senior Software Engineer within the same company. Prior to BenchSci, Flávio was the Software Engineering Team Lead at Brizi Inc., contributing to innovative solutions for capturing group memories at iconic locations. Flávio founded Seucondô and Genius Labs, demonstrating entrepreneurial expertise, and worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Cuattro Trade Marketing, focusing on software development for trade marketing solutions. Flávio's early career included roles at Accenture and Cuattro Marketing de Resultado, where responsibilities involved software analysis and development for data collection and business intelligence. Flávio holds an MBA in Business Intelligence and a degree in Information Technology from FIAP.
