Francesca Vigil has extensive experience in clinical research and operations management, currently serving as the Manager of Remote Operations at Benchmark Research since June 2001, where responsibilities include overseeing training compliance as a CCRC and Training Compliance Officer. Francesca contributed to the field as the Secretary for the Central Texas Chapter of ACRP from June 2010 to 2019 and as an Academy Item Writer, creating exam questions for the CCRC exam. Earlier involvement includes leadership as a Girl Scout Troop Leader at Westwood SU from January 2011 to February 2013 and an initial role in clinical research at Wyoming Research Foundation from December 1996 to December 1998, focusing on urology. Francesca holds an Associate of Applied Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Phoenix, obtained between 2010 and 2011.
