LeAnn MacLennan is an experienced Program Manager currently employed at Benchmark since December 2023. Previously, LeAnn held the position of Strategic Sourcing Manager and Associate Sourcing Manager at Watlow from September 2021 to September 2023. Prior to Watlow, LeAnn served as the Principal New Product Introduction Buyer - NA Lead at Body Control Systems - Automotive Interface Solutions from November 2015 to September 2021 and as Program Manager at RiverSide Electronics, Ltd. from November 2014 to November 2015. LeAnn also has extensive experience in program management at TRW from May 2011 to October 2014. With over 18 years on the TRW Program Management team, LeAnn has specialized in managing product teams to develop automotive parts according to customer requirements, focusing on electronic control panels and HVAC controls. LeAnn earned a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in Marketing, Japanese, and International Relations from the University of Minnesota between 1992 and 1995.
