Matt Petrizzi is a seasoned Human Resources professional with a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Western New England University. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Benchmark Education Company since May 2023, Matt has previously held several HR roles including People & Culture Partner at Warner Bros. Discovery, where responsibilities included facilitating virtual onboarding and orientation for new hires. Other experience encompasses roles such as Human Resources Representative at Acuren and Implementation Consultant at Cool Shade Awning Co., where a variety of services were provided including training and development and HR management. Additional experience includes HR positions at HB Communications and internships with Lockheed Martin and Western New England University, contributing to team building, employee relations, and organizational development initiatives.
