Tellon Smith has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. In 2007, they worked as a Network/System Administrator for Nixon's Electrical Services Ltd & Power Line, where they implemented a Windows Server environment and data backup procedures to increase productivity and reduce data loss. From 2008 to 2014, they served as a Senior Network/System Administrator for Superfund Group, where they executed network upgrades, deployed software updates, and improved network uptime. At Midwestern State University from 2017 to 2018, Tellon worked as a Webmaster Student Assistant, contributing to the development of an online job application web app. Currently, they are employed at Benchmark Gensuite® as a Senior Product Developer, having held roles ranging from Associate Product Developer to Lead Product Developer since 2018.

Tellon Smith attended Grenada Boys Secondary School from 2000 to 2005. Tellon did not earn a degree or pursue any specific field of study during this time. Later, from 2014 to 2018, Tellon Smith attended Midwestern State University where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science.
