Sarah has spent most of her career helping governments and businesses become more operationally efficient. Previously she was a Deputy Chief of Staff to Mayor Richard M. Daley, where she focused on large-scale transformation and government reform, technology and digital divide policy, and human capital issues.
Sarah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English and creative writing from the University of Iowa, and a Master's of Public Policy from The Harris School at the University of Chicago, where she was a Dean’s Fellow.
