Miranda Nguyen is an accomplished product designer with extensive experience in user experience research and design across various technology companies. Currently at Benchling since September 2020, Miranda focuses on identity and access management, developer platform, and platform UX. Previous roles include product designer at Segment, where work involved integrations, developer platform, and warehouse functionalities, and user experience research and design at IBM, contributing to the IBM Watson Studio project. Miranda's early career features a design/research internship at The Concord Consortium, product designer at Carnegie Mellon University focusing on privacy solutions, and user experience design intern at OpenDNS.
