Christina Whittle is an experienced data professional with a comprehensive background in analytics and data architecture. Currently serving as an Internal Data Architect at Benchling since January 2021, Christina previously held roles including Analytics Lead at Digit and Head of Analytics at NerdWallet. Additional experience includes positions as a Data Scientist at Edmodo, Data Consultant at WePay, and Data Science Fellow at Insight Data Science. Christina's groundwork in research includes serving as a Postdoctoral Associate at UC Berkeley/Howard Hughes Medical Institute and Graduate Researcher at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Christina earned a PhD in Genetics and Molecular Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BS in Microbiology and Molecular Biology from the University of Central Florida.
