Aarthi Shankar is a seasoned operations manager with extensive experience in customer experience and knowledge management. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at Benchling since January 2022, Aarthi has successfully enhanced operational maturity within the CX organization and led a technical writing team. Notably recognized with the Leadership Principle Award and involved in the CX Transformation Project for launching Zendesk, Aarthi has previously contributed to Wayfair as a CX Operations Manager and to Castlight Health in various roles, including Customer Analytics Manager. Aarthi also gained valuable experience as a Gold Rush Program Fellow at GOLD HOUSE and a Business Analyst at GetInsured, focusing on health insurance solutions. Aarthi holds an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and is currently participating in an exchange program with ESSEC Business School. Aarthi's academic journey also includes a Bachelor's Degree in Political Economy focusing on Health Care Policy from the University of California, Berkeley.
