Jan Ocker has been working in the professional world since 2010. Jan began their career at Logica as a Werkstudent Environment Reporting and a Praktikant Prozessdokumentation. In 2013, they moved to RSU GmbH where they held the roles of Projektleiter Geschäftsbereich-Entwicklung, Projektleiter IT-Entwicklung, and Projektmanager "Felgen". In 2020, they became the Co-Founder & Chief Growth Officer (CGO) at benchANT.

Jan Ocker attended Ulm University from 2006 to 2013, where they earned a Diplom in Wirtschaftsphysik.
