Yana Dimitrova began their work experience in 2012 as a Sales Associate at CVS Pharmacy. In 2013, they joined Benamic as a Customer Service Representative and later became a Senior Customer Service Representative. Yana 'smost recent role is with Gradguide, where they currently work as a Talent Sourcer since January 2022.

Yana Dimitrova obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Economics - Varna, graduating in the year 2013. Yana later pursued a Master's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at the same university, completing their studies in 2016.
