Tsvetelin Salutski has over a decade of work experience. Tsvetelin began their career in 2011 at Benamic, where they held various roles. Tsvetelin started as a Data Entry Specialist/Customer Service Representative, responsible for answering inquiries and processing customer registrations. Tsvetelin then became a Supervisor's Supporter, overseeing the team's work and preparing reports. Tsvetelin then transitioned to a Business Analyst role, generating ideas for automation and improving business processes through software solutions. Tsvetelin was later promoted to Senior Business Analyst, leading a team of three analysts and serving as the lead analyst on client and internal software projects. In 2015, they were promoted to Business Analysis Manager, where they managed the business analysis department until May 2021. Additionally, they served as the CRM Development Team Lead from December 2018 to the present at Benamic. Prior to joining Benamic, Tsvetelin worked briefly as a Purchasing Assistant at the K West Hotel & Spa in 2008, responsible for ordering goods and managing inventory. Tsvetelin Salutski pursued their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" from 2006 to 2010.
