Choco Tin Yee Ng is an experienced marketing professional with a diverse background in retail marketing and brand management across various industries. Currently serving as the European Retail Marketing & Experience Manager at Ben & Jerry's since June 2022, Choco leads trade and retail shopper activation, collaborating with global design and digital experience teams. Prior experience includes a role as Trade and Retail Marketing Specialist at Nespresso UK, and as Head Of Retail Marketing for Mannings in Hong Kong and Macau, where Choco managed a team, launched a major loyalty program, and implemented customer-centric marketing strategies.
