Carmen Urciuolo has extensive experience in customer service, human resources, and management across various industries. Since December 2019, Carmen has been working in Risorse Umane at Città metropolitana di Milano. Concurrently, Carmen has served as a Mystery Shopper and Approver at BeMyEye since July 2017. Previous roles include Assistant at Beyond International, where involvement included executive search and coaching, and CRM & Customer Service Specialist positions at both Festo and Laboratoires Expanscience, focusing on sales force liaison, order management, and supplier relationships. Carmen's early career includes roles in customer service at L'Oréal, Nestle S.A., and as a Buyer at la Rinascente, along with retail management experience at Metro Cash and Carry and Coop Adriatica. Carmen holds a degree in International Trade and Economics from the University of Naples ‘Parthenope’.
