Ken Duffy, PhD, PMP, CES, is a seasoned Program Manager at BEM Systems, Inc. since March 2007, specializing in coastal restoration project development, NEPA documentation, and benefits analysis with a focus on integrating climate change and sea level rise impacts. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Project Manager at the Louisiana Department of Natural Resources, where Ken managed coastal restoration initiatives under the CWPPRA and LCA programs. Additionally, Ken worked as a Research Associate V at Louisiana State University, conducting research in fisheries and wetland sciences. Ken holds a Ph.D. in Oceanography from Louisiana State University and a B.S. in Marine Science and Biology from the University of Miami.
