Silvia Cavasin has extensive experience in product development and management within the apparel and accessories industry. Currently, at Belstaff since March 2012, Silvia leads R&D for new technical fabrics and materials as well as the development of the Pure Motorcycle collection. Silvia has also held roles at Clothing Company Spa - Belstaff since April 2008 as an Apparel & Accessories Outsourcer, and previously worked at Diesel as the Bags PDM from 2007 to 2008. Prior experience includes serving as Accessories PDM at G.B. International S.p.A. - Think Pink from 2006 to 2007 and at Tecnica Group - Tecnica Blizzard from 2000 to 2006.
