Nikita Melwani is currently the Head of Culture & Enablement at Belong since April 2019. Prior to this, at Hays from October 2017 to April 2019, Nikita held a position as a Senior Administration Officer. Nikita also has experience working as an Office Administrator at LL Hipwell and as a Personal Assistant to Director at A.M. Associates. Nikita holds a Master of Global Media Communication from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Communications from RMIT University.
