Mariana Guedes is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in digital trade marketing and customer relationship management. Currently serving as Analista de Trade Marketing Digital at Belong Be since October 2021, Mariana manages a diverse portfolio of over 1,800 beauty products, develops branding initiatives, and oversees internal documentation for inventory control and profitability analysis. Previous roles include Analista de CRM at IOP - Instituto de Oncologia do Paraná, where Mariana implemented CRM systems, and co-owner of Cozinha Pirata, managing restaurant operations and financial oversight. Additional experience spans positions at GVT, Agência CASA, RMG Connect, the International School of Curitiba, and TIM Brasil. Mariana holds a Pós-Graduação in Marketing and a Graduação in Comunicação Social - Publicidade e Propaganda from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná.
