Frédéric Libotte is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in relationship management and business development within the Belgian research and education sectors. Since June 2009, Frédéric has served as a Senior Relationship Manager at Belnet, overseeing critical projects such as the Spending Review Connectivity and FedWAN. Previous roles include Head of Customer Relations Unit, where Frédéric implemented commercial strategies and facilitated collaborations with higher education institutions, and Senior Account Manager. Prior to Belnet, Frédéric held various positions in recruitment and resource management, including Regional Business Manager at Elan IT Resource, and Resource Manager at Alti s.a. Frédéric possesses a postgraduate degree in Business Administration and Communication from Mercator Hogeschool Gent, along with degrees in European Policy and History from Université libre de Bruxelles.
