Ina Baxhaku has had a varied career since 2012. Ina began as a Web Developer for erusoft, then moved to an Internship at IkubInfosoft. In 2013, they were a Software Developer for Ict Solutions, followed by a Lecturer position at the University of Tirana in 2014. In 2015, they became a Software Developer for Claricode before taking on the role of Senior Software Engineer at Genpact in 2018. Most recently, they have been a Lead Developer at BellXcel since 2020.

Ina Baxhaku has a comprehensive education history. Ina obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Tirana between 2009 and 2012. Ina then went on to earn a Master's degree in Computer Science from the same university between 2012 and 2014. Ina completed their education with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science from the University of Tirana in 2021. In addition to their degree programs, Ina has obtained various certifications, including a Green Belt Certification (GB) from Genpact in 2020, an MCSD: App Builder - Certified 2017 from Microsoft in 2017, an MCSA: Web Applications from Microsoft in 2016, a Developing ASP.NET MVC Web Applications from Microsoft in 2016, an MS: Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3 from Microsoft in 2016, an MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional from Microsoft in 2012, an MCTS: .NET Framework 4, Web Applications from Microsoft in 2012, and an FCE from Cambridge.
