Rebecca Gifford Goldberg is a seasoned leader in educational strategy and nonprofit management, currently serving as a Senior Partner and Strategic Advising Practice Leader at Bellwether, a national nonprofit focused on improving outcomes for marginalized youth. With over a decade of experience at Bellwether, including roles as Partner and Strategy Practice Co-Lead and Principal, Rebecca has guided significant initiatives in the education sector across public, private, and nonprofit organizations. Prior to Bellwether, Rebecca held various strategic positions at McKinsey & Company and contributed to educational development at the SEED Foundation and Maryland Leadership Workshops. Rebecca holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Public and International Affairs from Princeton University.
