Bradley Pugh has over 10 years of work experience in the coffee and hospitality industries. In 2021, they became a QA and Roasting Specialist for Bellwether Coffee and a Co-Owner and Director of Coffee for Colour Coffee Co. Bradley was responsible for sourcing, roasting, and quality control of high grade coffee and coffee products. From 2011 to 2021, they were the Owner and Chief Marketing Strategist for Eighty8Jump Productions, responsible for successful creative marketing strategies. From 2019 to 2021, they were a Production Roaster for LAMILL COFFEE INC and a Barista for Maru Coffee. From 2016 to 2019, they were the Lead Production Roaster for Blue Bottle Coffee, overseeing the operations of the Southern California roastery and monitoring and accounting for coffee inventory. From 2013 to 2016, they were the Lead Barista for PIRCH, responsible for training baristas in all aspects of third wave coffee service. From 2009 to 2013, they were a Bartender for Blackbird Bar, responsible for creating and maintaining an on-brand and engaging atmosphere for patrons and talent alike.

Bradley Pugh attended the University of California, Berkeley from 2006 to 2009, where they studied African-American/Black Studies.
