Sanjay Gupta has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Brand Manager for Bellona Hospitality Services Limited at Dobaraa Gastro Pub in India since June 2022. Prior to this role, Sanjay held positions including Senior Restaurant Manager at The Bigg Small Cafe + Bar from September 2019 to June 2022, and Restaurant Manager at Pebble Street Hospitality Pvt Ltd from September 2018 to August 2019. Additional experience includes Assistant Restaurant Manager roles at POH Progressive Oriental House and coco de mer hotel, and bar staff/sommelier at P&O Cruises in the UK. Sanjay began a career in food and beverage as a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Grand Hyatt Mumbai and completed an apprenticeship at The Oberoi in Dubai. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Eastern Institute For Integrated Learning In Management and a food and beverage degree from Kohinoor Business School.
