Danielle Clark is an experienced professional in the food science and product development sectors, currently serving as a Senior Research Development Technologist and Senior Commercialization Technologist at Bellisio Foods since May 2014. In these roles, Danielle provides manufacturing technical support for new product commercialization, ensuring compliance with company and GMP standards, while also leading the Commercialization team in the absence of the Director. Prior experience includes roles as a Commercialization Technologist and Analytical FSMA Chemist, where Danielle acted as a liaison between product development teams and Quality Assurance. Danielle's earlier career includes positions as a Laboratory Assistant at Shawnee State University, where laboratory preparations were managed, and as a Lead Pharmacy Technician at Gahm's Pharmacy, responsible for managing prescription fulfillment and training new staff. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Science in Natural Sciences from Shawnee State University and is currently pursuing a Certificate Series in Food Science at Washington State University.
