Steve Pelzer is an experienced educator currently serving as a Special Education Teacher at Council Bluffs Community School District since August 2024. Previously, Steve held the position of Teacher at Bellevue Public Schools from August 1992 to May 2024. Steve obtained a Master's degree in Education from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, which was completed between 1987 and 1995.
