Pam is responsible for direction of operations, contract and program management at Bellese, providing guidance with a basis in decades of experience in planning, development, engineering, delivery, implementation, and executive leadership in the software and systems industries. Concurrent with her duties at Bellese, Pam served as COO of Edaptive Systems, where she ran operational functions and provided contract oversight as well as directing the QIP program with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS). Edaptive experienced explosive growth under her stewardship, earning The Future 50 Award from SmartCEO Magazine on the way to an acquisition by publicly traded ManTech International Corporation in December of 2016. Prior to her time at Edaptive, Pam was the Director of Enterprise Engineering at Arbitron. Responsibilities there included leading a team of 75+ systems development professionals, planning and executing annual budgets of $8M+, strategic planning and management of application and project portfolios, establishment of enterprise architecture, development of mission-critical business solutions, and leading IT policy, process and practice implementation and governance. Arbitron was acquired by Nielsen in 2012 for $1.26B. Pam holds an M.S. in Computer Engineering with a Concentration in Digital Systems from Loyola University Maryland, and is a huge Orioles and Ravens fan.
