Sally L. Struk has over two decades of experience in the field of mental health and social services, currently serving as the Director of Clinical Care and the Director of the PACT Program at Bellefaire JCB since May 2004. In these roles, Sally oversees intensive home-based treatment for families, providing mental health assessments and support services. Previous positions include Clinical Supervisor and PACT Family Therapist, as well as a Child, Adolescent, and Family Therapist in private practice from 2008 to 2020. Sally's earlier experience includes serving as an Adoptive Family Assessor for the Cuyahoga County Adoption Project and as an Intake Coordinator/Senior Social Worker at Methodist Services for Children and Families. Sally holds a Master of Science in Social Administration from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology/Anthropology with a minor in Psychology from Denison University.
