Joe C. has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on clubhouse operations and food and beverage management. Joe currently holds the position of Director of Clubhouse Operations at Belle Meade Country Club, where they have been working since December 2022. Prior to that, Joe served as the Director of Food and Beverage at Belle Meade Country Club from August 2021 to December 2022. Before joining Belle Meade, Joe worked as the Clubhouse Manager/Food & Beverage Director at Shadow Glen Golf Club from July 2019 to August 2021. Joe also gained valuable experience as the Director of Food and Beverage at Troon from July 2016 to July 2019 and as an Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at Troon from February 2015 to May 2016. Joe started their career as a Bookkeeper at Marco & Raleigh Bureau from November 2013 to December 2014 and as an Assistant Manager at Havana Garage from May 2013 to December 2014.

Joe C. attended Iowa State University - Ivy College of Business from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. In addition to their degree, they have acquired several certifications from the Club Management Association of America. These certifications include the BMI General Manager/Chief Operating Officer, obtained in November 2021, BMI Leadership Principles obtained in January 2021, and BMI Club Management obtained in October 2020.
