Sharon Vaughn is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in operations management. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Bellco Credit Union since July 2008, Sharon oversees internal operations and manages key relationships with critical CUSOs, focusing on optimizing service delivery systems for enhanced member satisfaction. Prior to this role, Sharon held positions as Sr. Director of Operations and Sr. Manager of Operations at the same institution. Sharon's career began at Solutions Bank, where the individual served as Assistant Vice President from March 1998 to May 2008. Sharon holds a CRM designation in Records and Information Management from the Institute of Certified Records Managers and has also completed education in Bank Operations, Operations Management, and Supervision through the Institute of Financial Education.
