Rajkumar Jha began their professional career in 2017 as a Teacher of Physics for JEE main and NEET at MIS NURSING & NEET. In 2022, they joined Bellatrix Aerospace as a Scientist-C and Fluid and Thermal Engineer. Rajkumar also began working at Altair in the same year as a Computational Fluid Dynamics.

Rajkumar Jha obtained their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Mechanical Engineering from Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal (formerly WBUT) between 2011 and 2015. Rajkumar also completed several certifications, including CNC programing and operation from Delhi Institute Of Tool Engineering in July 2014, CATIA V5 from CADD Centre Training Services Pvt Ltd. in January 2014, a six week summer industrial Manufacturing Training from Delhi Institute Of Tool Engineering in July 2013, and Certified Professional AutoCAD 2013 from CADD Centre Training Services Pvt Ltd. in January 2013. Rajkumar is currently pursuing a Master of Technology (MTech) in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology, which they expect to complete in 2022.
