Caroline Blackmore has extensive work experience in the food industry. Caroline is currently the Head of Food Development at Bella & Duke, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Product Developer at Ichiban UK Ltd from July 2020 to March 2022. Before joining Ichiban UK Ltd, they held the role of Chief Operating Officer & Head of Products at STOPMYCRAVING LTD from July 2016 to July 2020.
Caroline Blackmore began their education at the Institute of Accountancy in London from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a degree in Accounting and Finance through the ACCA program. After a break in their education, they returned to pursue their interest in nutrition, attending the Institute for Optimum Nutrition from 2012 to 2015. There, they completed the Dip ION program, focusing on Nutrition Sciences. Currently, Caroline is furthering their studies at the University of Suffolk, where they are working towards a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Human Health.
