Stacy Barber is an experienced professional in human resources and total rewards, currently serving as the Director of Compensation, Benefits, and Total Rewards at Bell Partners Inc since October 2022. Prior experience includes positions such as Director of Total Rewards at Extended Stay America and HR Manager of Total Rewards at Direct ChassisLink Inc. Notable achievements include managing biweekly payroll for over 400 team members at The Cypress of Charlotte Club, Inc., and leading significant HR initiatives at Carolinas HealthCare System, where Stacy oversaw a team of 34 and facilitated the transition of 85,000 HR records to an electronic format, achieving substantial cost savings.
