David Grover has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. David started their career as a Mechanical Engineer Intern at ThyssenKrupp in 1997 and 1998. David then worked as a Tribology Lab Research Engineer Associate at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1998. In 1999, they transitioned to Lockheed Martin, where they held various roles including Aircraft Maintainability Systems Engineer and Reliability, Maintainability & DHM Senior Systems Engineer. From 2009 to 2011, they worked at Cyient, Service Operations Management as a Reliability Manager & Process Improvement Specialist, earning the Employee of the Month award twice. In 2011, they became the Co-Owner/Operator and Chief Executive Officer of FTW Sports LLC. Finally, in 2017, they joined Bell Flight as a Technical Lead & Control Account Manager in the role of a Reliability, Maintainability, Testing Engineer.

David Grover has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Systems Engineering from Southern Methodist University, which they obtained from 2006 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1997 to 1999. David also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Physics from Greenville University, which they obtained from 1994 to 1997. Additionally, they have a certification as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Lockheed Martin, with no specified date of completion.
