Kenneth Beecher III has extensive experience in manufacturing and production management, currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing at Bell Flavors & Fragrances since December 2018, where prior titles included Associate Director of Manufacturing, Sr. Manager of Botanic and Fragrance Manufacturing, and Fragrance and Botanical Manager. Previously, Kenneth held the position of Plant Superintendent at Symrise from March 2013 to April 2017, responsible for overseeing the production process and developing the production schedule while ensuring cost-effectiveness, timeliness, and quality. Kenneth's career began at Belmay, where as Production Manager from September 1998 until its acquisition by Symrise in March 2013, valuable expertise in production management was gained.
