Stephen Russell is an attorney at Bell, Davis & Pitt, P.A. since September 1984, specializing in litigation. Prior to this role, Stephen served as a law clerk for the US District Court from 1980 to 1984 and worked as a teacher at Kinston City Schools between 1976 and 1977. Stephen holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Wake Forest University School of Law, obtained from 1977 to 1980, and earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Arts in Education in History/Education from East Carolina University from 1968 to 1972.
