Hadeer Hassaan has extensive experience in customer operations and strategic planning, currently serving as SVP of Customer Operations at Bell since July 2013, overseeing areas such as Digital Transformation, Machine Learning & AI, and Fleet. Previous roles include VP of Field Shared Services and various directorial positions at WIND Mobile, where responsibilities encompassed commercial strategy execution and project delivery. Hadeer's career also includes leadership positions at Rogers Communications and TELUS Mobility, as well as an early role as a Sr. VAS Engineer at Mobinil. Hadeer holds advanced degrees from prestigious institutions, including an Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School and a Master of Liberal Arts in General Management from Harvard University.
