Fabio Abate is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software development and process automation, currently serving as Senior Manager for Robotic Process Automation at Bell since November 2011. Under Fabio's leadership, an agile development team has successfully deployed 100 robots utilizing Blue Prism and Automate, significantly enhancing contact center performance and reducing operational costs.
