Christine A Fortin is an experienced professional with a robust background in business process management and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Business Process at Bell since August 2006, Christine has also held the position of Senior Project Manager. Prior to this role, Christine worked at Bell Canada from 2000 to 2006, where responsibilities included Process Improvement Manager, ISO Quality Manager, and Manager of the Training & Support Team. Christine holds a Masters Certificate in Project Management from the Schulich School of Business at York University, attained between 2006 and 2008, and has educational credentials from Champlain Regional College from 1981 to 1984.
