Jamie Laing-Reece began their work experience in 2013 at Brady Australia as a Digital & Catalogue Merchandiser. In 2015, they joined Belkin International as an Assistant Product Manager and later progressed to become a Product Manager. They then served as a Senior Product Manager before assuming the role of Head Of Product Management - ANZ in 2020.

Jamie Laing-Reece attended the University of Newcastle from 2010 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Business degree with a focus on Marketing and International Business.
