Chul Heo has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Chul started their career as an Operator at Onse Telecom in 2012 and worked there until 2015. Chul then joined PC Direct Inc. as an Employee for a year. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Manager at CSTAR Corporation. Chul then worked at UCPT Corporation as an Editor in 2013. In the same year, they became a Blogger at LGDisplay. In 2019, they joined Frost & Sullivan as a Manager (Tech Vision). In the same year, they also worked at UCW Distribution as a Manager (MD). Chul then joined ADATA Technology Co., Ltd. as a Deputy Project Manager from 2020 to 2021. In 2022, they joined Belkin as an Assistant Manager Business Development.

Chul Heo attended Dankook University from 2010 to 2015, where they studied Architecture Engineering. In addition to their university education, they obtained several certifications. In 2008, they obtained the ITQ Certification from the Korean National Computerization Agency. In the same year, they also obtained the Level 1 Building Energy Efficiency Certification from the Korean Construction Association. Prior to that, in 2003, they obtained the Level 2 BIM Certification from the Korean Institute of Construction Technology. Furthermore, in 2002, they obtained the Level 1 CAD Certification from the Korean Institute of Construction Technology.
